A link between racks in Telehouse West, UK, is going to be brought back into service

During the maintenance window a new connection between our racks will be brought up, tested and then brought into service as a redundant link. No outages are expected and routing paths will not be changed, however there is a chance there could be a couple of seconds of instability while the new link costs are calculated when the new connection is brought into service.
