During the updates, we would not normally expect to have any storage I/O outage for customer servers however it should be noted that any change to the environment carries an inherent level of risk. If your workload is known to be particularly sensitive to storage I/O disruption, it would be advised to take any necessary precautions as required.

As a precaution, backup jobs will be suspended for the maintenance duration and resumed once the work has concluded.
