Through our proactive management of our platforms, we have identified an issue that is affecting our Telehouse West (THW) platform and as such need to conduct emergency maintenance to resolve the issue. During this emergency maintenance access to the vCloud platform will be intermittently available for 2 hours thus limiting the administration of VMs during this work.
Please be assured that during this emergency maintenance all VM’s will remain in a normal working state unaffected by the work being conducted however additional vigilance is being applied to the environment to ensure any additional issues are identified and resolved without delay.
