Unfortunately the new link did not come up as expected which is pointing to an issue with an optic. The optic will be investigated and replaced and a new maintenance window will be scheduled at a later date,

An additional link will be added between racks in Telehouse West, UK.

During the maintenance window a new connection between our racks will be brought up, tested and then brought into service as a redundant link. No outages are expected however there is a chance there could be a couple of seconds of instability while the new link costs are calculated when the new connection is brought into service.
